About Me and My Practice

I have a life long interest in the human psyche and am particularly interested in that which contributes to human thriving. I trained in Gestalt Therapy to gain a deeper understanding of how our patterns of relating and ways of being in the world are formed and how, through the tool of psychotherapy, these patterns can be attended to in a way that promotes healing and growth.

My clients are adults. I work with individuals and couples.

I work with you in attending to aspects of your life you are dissatisfied or struggling with. Following your goals and at your pace, I work with you experientially. I attend to facilitating possibilities for increasing self-awareness, leading to opportunities for insight into current difficulties and possibilities for new ways of being in the world both with yourself and others.

I also work as a supervisor of others working in allied health fields and providing professional services in our community.

Practice Hours

I am available for private work on Thursdays and Fridays

I am available for new clients. Evening sessions may have a wait list. By appointment only.

My fee is $90.00 per session. Sessions are 50 minutes each. Fees are payable at the end of each session.
