About Me and My Practice
I started my professional life in mental health nursing and nursing education, and then trained in psychodrama, group work, and psychotherapy. Through this I developed a particular passion for working in groups. I began to understand that everything exists in a system, nothing is in isolation. This view of the world lessens the judgement that easily occurs in all of us.
In my practice I focus on strengthening our ability to live with free will and with greater spontaneity - to role reverse with others.
I am trained as a psychotherapist, psychodramatist, supervisor, and trainer. My current areas of work include:
• Individual and group supervision
• Conflict resolution
• Team development
• Group work
• Relationship counselling
• Individual psychotherapy
• Psychodrama training
• Leadership and Group work training
